Minimum quantities, lead times, customs and how working with us is set up.
What is the minimum order quantity?
From 50 pieces per colour, depending on the material.
How long does production take?
30–45 days after the production sample is approved, plus time for sampling and material sourcing. We confirm the exact date in writing.
How much do samples cost?
Samples are charged at twice the unit price of the later production.
What are the payment terms?
30% deposit when the order is placed, the balance before delivery.
How are the goods shipped?
Ex works or delivered to your door, whichever you prefer.
Are there customs duties?
Shipments into the EU fall under the EU-Turkey customs union, so textiles with an A.TR movement certificate are usually duty-free. Import VAT still applies. The USA and other countries apply their own duty rates.
Which certifications does the factory hold?
GOTS, BSCI and Fair Wear. We can send you the certificates on request.
Who is our contract partner?
Your supply contract is concluded directly with Temo Tekstil A.Ş. ICFE is Temo’s commercial agent and supports you from enquiry to delivery.
Why is ICFE free of charge for us?
ICFE is paid by Temo, and only when an order is placed. You cover your own travel and accommodation costs.
Can we visit the factory?
Yes. Factory visits in Istanbul can be arranged. ICFE accompanies you and interprets.
Do you help with design?
Yes. Temo works from a tech pack, sketch or counter sample and offers design and collection support.
